9711 shows what Dubai property actually sells and rents for. We take the public records published by the Dubai Land Department (DLD) and turn them into prices, price per square foot, rental yields and trends for every area, community, project and developer.

Where the data comes from

• Sales and mortgage transactions registered with the DLD.
• Rental contracts registered with Ejari.
• DLD registries of projects, buildings, units and developers.

Data is refreshed every 6 hours. The DLD finalises the most recent 2–3 days of transactions late, so very recent figures can still change.
