Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data 9711 (9711.ae) collects and why. It is written to comply with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL).

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Browsing the site: no account is needed. We record anonymous usage (pages viewed, device and browser type, approximate location from your IP address) to understand which pages are useful.
• Requesting an estimate: the property details you enter, and, if you unlock the full report, your name, email address and phone number.
• Server logs: IP addresses and request times, kept briefly to protect the service from abuse.

How we use it

• To email you the valuation report you asked for.
• So a Peak Trust Global Real Estate LLC advisor can follow up about your property, at most once unless you reply.
• To measure and improve the site, and to keep it secure.

We rely on your consent (given when you submit the estimate form) and on our legitimate interest in running a secure, useful site. We do not sell your personal data.

Who processes it for us

• Vercel and Amazon Web Services: hosting, email delivery and data storage.
• PostHog: anonymous usage analytics.
• Airtable: our record of estimate requests.

Some of these providers store data outside the UAE. We use them only under contracts that require them to protect it.

How long we keep it

Estimate requests are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Usage analytics are kept for up to 12 months.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to stop contacting you, or to withdraw your consent at any time. Email contact@peaktrust.ae and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
